Custom Ring Warranty

Any custom ring includes a 2 year warranty for the band, supporting stones, prongs, etc. We are confident in the production of our pieces, but if there is any issue with prongs, the band, the basket or supporting stones we will be happy to help you resolve these issues, send us a message!

An additional 2-year setting warranty may be purchased for $300, extending coverage for qualifying setting-related repairs under the same terms.

Please note that these issues must be communicated to us before mailing your ring. We do not cover the cost of shipping to us.

Center Stone Warranty
Your custom ring includes a 1 year warranty on the center stone. Each stone is hand picked and should not have any issues. However this warranty covers any damage like cracking while under normal wear. These cases will have a full stone replacement at no cost.

This does not cover any damage caused by misuse or excessive force. For example, but not limited to, dropping the ring onto hard surfaces, running over the ring, forceful activities such as weightlifting or other conditions that are deemed outside of normal wear.

This warranty does NOT cover loss of the center stone. We strongly recommend independent insurance to protect against this type of situation. 

Center stones can be replaced once during this timeframe unless otherwise stated to the customer. Any replacements that do not fall under this warranty can be replaced for 50% of the cost of the new stone.

Warranty Exclusions (Custom Rings)
This warranty does not cover:

  • Excessive, accidental, or intentional damage, including bending or twisting the ring, forcing stones in or out of the setting, or damage requiring a full remake

  • Design concerns raised after final design approval; approved designs are considered binding once production begins

  • Any work performed by another jeweler or goldsmith, including resizing, resetting, reshaping, or repairs

  • Failure to send the ring in promptly once an issue is identified

  • Bands that do not meet our expectations for safety

  • Refusal to send the ring in for inspection or assessment

Ready-to-Ship Ring Warranty

Ready-to-ship rings include a 60-day warranty covering any issues with the center stone or band, provided the ring has been worn under normal conditions and none of the warranty exclusions apply.

An optional extended warranty may be purchased for $300, providing 1 year of coverage for band issues and small accent stones.

  • If small accent stones are lost during the warranty period, they will be replaced at no cost.

  • If the center stone is damaged beyond repair or lost, a replacement stone will be provided at 50% of the replacement stone cost.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, excessive force, accidents, or third-party alterations.

Loose Stones

Any Loose Stones purchased are guaranteed to come certified and with a grading report. They will be shipped with insurance and have no warranty once they are delivered. If there are any additional issues email us.

Shipping & Additional Terms

Warranty repairs do not include inbound shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping the ring to us, as well as any associated taxes, duties, or tariffs. Return shipping from us to you is covered via USPS Priority Mail.

Failure to follow warranty procedures or care guidelines may void coverage.
