Custom Ring Warranty
Center Stone Warranty (2 Years)
Your custom ring includes a 2-year warranty on the center stone. While we expect no issues, this warranty covers unexpected damage such as chipping or cracking under normal wear. If a covered issue occurs, the center stone will be replaced at no cost.
This warranty does not cover loss of the center stone or damage caused by excessive force, accidents, or misuse. Examples include, but are not limited to, dropping the ring onto hard surfaces, impact from forceful activities, or situations where the ring is subjected to conditions outside of normal daily wear. We strongly recommend independent insurance to protect against loss or major accidents.
Setting Warranty (1 Year)
All custom rings include a 1-year warranty on the setting, covering repairs needed due to normal wear and tear. This includes minor issues such as prong lifting, small accent stones loosening or falling out, and other structural concerns that occur with proper care and routine wear.
Damage resulting from improper care, or wearing the ring during activities that pose a high risk of damage—such as working out, manual labor, or forceful repetitive actions—is not covered.
An additional 2-year setting warranty may be purchased for $300, extending coverage for qualifying setting-related repairs under the same terms.
Please note that these issues must be communicated to us before mailing your ring. We do not cover the cost of shipping to us.
Warranty Exclusions (Custom Rings)
This warranty does not cover:

Excessive, accidental, or intentional damage, including bending or twisting the ring, forcing stones in or out of the setting, or damage requiring a full remake

Design concerns raised after final design approval; approved designs are considered binding once production begins

Any work performed by another jeweler or goldsmith, including resizing, resetting, reshaping, or repairs

Failure to send the ring in promptly once an issue is identified

Bands that do not meet our expectations for safety

Refusal to send the ring in for inspection or assessment
Ready-to-Ship Ring Warranty
Ready-to-ship rings include a 60-day warranty covering any issues with the center stone or band, provided the ring has been worn under normal conditions and none of the warranty exclusions apply.
An optional extended warranty may be purchased for $300, providing 2 years of coverage for band issues and small accent stones.

If small accent stones are lost during the warranty period, they will be replaced at no cost.

If the center stone is damaged beyond repair or lost, a replacement stone will be provided at 50% of the replacement stone cost.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, excessive force, accidents, or third-party alterations.
Any Loose Stones purchased are guaranteed to come certified and with a grading report. They will be shipped with insurance and have no warranty once they are delivered. If there are any additional issues email us.
Shipping & Additional Terms
Warranty repairs do not include inbound shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping the ring to us, as well as any associated taxes, duties, or tariffs. Return shipping from us to you is covered via USPS Priority Mail.
Failure to follow warranty procedures or care guidelines may void coverage.
